BOARD OF DIRECTORS:
The business of the Corporation is conducted through a Board of Directors appointed by the Government of
Tamil Nadu. The Managing
Director is an IAS Officer appointed by the Government of Tamil Nadu. The Chairman is a non official Chairman appointed by the Government
of Tamil Nadu. The Board of Directors consists of following members.

Deputy secretary to Government, Industries Department.

Deputy Director Finance (BPE) Dept.

Director of Social Welfare.

Deputy Salt Commissioner, Salt Department, Govt. of
India Chennai.
Administrative control of the Corporation vests with Industries Department, Government of
Tamil Nadu
FINANCE
The ongoing schemes are implemented by this Corporation from internal generation of funds. The Corporation continues to earn profit
since 1991 and there are accumulated Reserves.
The corporation continue to occupy a prominent position amongst a very few state Public Sector Undertakings
that are contributing Socio-economic development of the rural poor in a backward regions like Ramanathapuram
and contributing positively to the state exchequer.
